Directions to Stadium

By Car

From the GW Bridge:
Follow Interstate 95 South signs to the New Jersey Turnpike south western spur (Sports Complex to exit 16W), which provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas.

Traveling North on the New Jersey Turnpike
Follow the Western Spur (Sports Complex to Exit 16W), which provides direct access to Sports Complex parking areas. If congested, use eastern spur (Lincoln Tunnel) to exit 16E to Route 3 West which provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas.

Traveling South on the Garden State Parkway
Garden State Parkway South to exit 163 (Route 17). Follow Route 17 to Paterson Plank Road. Take Paterson Plank Road east to the Sports Complex.

Traveling North on the Garden State Parkway
Garden State Parkway North to exit 153A (Route 3). Follow Route 3 East to the Sports Complex.

From the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels or Brooklyn-Staten Island Bride Crossings
Take New Jersey Turnpike extension to the Turnpike North. Follow Route 3 East to the Sports Complex

 

Public Transportation

Rail service to the New Meadowlands Stadium is available on Select events and all NFL Games. Trains begin running 3 hours before event time and continue to run 2 hours after the event's end.

When the full train service is not operating, public transportation to New Meadowlands Stadium is available by using NJ TRANSIT's convenient 353 shuttle bus service from Secaucus Junction (Frank R. Lautenberg Station).

How to Ride the Train to New Meadowlands Stadium:

  1. Purchase Tickets to the Meadowlands. At your boarding location, buy tickets using "Meadowlands Sports Complex" as your destination. Your tickets will be valid for rail transportation to Secaucus Junction. Please purchase roundtrip tickets in advance.
  2. Ride to Secaucus Junction. Traveling to Secaucus Junction is easy. The station is served by trains on the Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast, Midtown Direct (Morris & Essex and Montclair Boonton), Main, Bergen County, Pascack Valley and Port Jervis lines. Raritan Valley Line and Newark Light Rail customers can transfer at Newark Penn Station to continue their trip. Customers on Hudson-Bergen Light Rail should transfer at Hoboken Terminal.
  3. Transfer to the Meadowlands. At Secaucus Junction, step off the train and go upstairs into the station. Then follow the signs to the rail loading area (depending on your event). For most Stadium events, Meadowlands trains board on Tracks G and H.
